It's not four stars, but still very nice. Rooms is very large and clean, same with bedsheets and towels. Breakfast is basic but only 6e so can't complain. The pool is empty and totally wrecked so don't expect swimming.

We had a nice room. Ceuta is not big, so location is good. I think the staff need some training. For hospitality service receptionists were not friendly. At our last at 9 am some very noisy works started right behind our room wall - banging and drilling continued for at least three hours - after that we checked out. When I informed the reception that we were not very happy with unbearable noise, they were very surprised and noted that the works are permitted to be held from 9 till 6 pm. No excuse, no sorry and no understanding that I had paid 230 euros for being in a nice and quite place, not for listening unstoppable banging.

Good location and a decent room, however big minus is that they are charging full prices for every day, however on Mondays and Tuesdays there is only a portion of food available, as it’s “less guests”. I couldn’t even get eggs for a buffet breakfast, coffee machine “broken”, etc. I went with second most expensive room and this is not a 4-star standard. Hidro shower not fully operational, and I’m not sure what are they putting in the water, but the stench was constant. Average 3 stay, certainly not worth the money spent.

Un desastre incluso si fuera un hostal|Bien ubicado y personal amable, el resto, para olvidar.|La ducha se salió la alcachofa, óxido el el WC, que además le faltaba un trozo.|Las jaboneras, sin jabón, aunque había pastillas. Muy pocas perchas. El suelo muy deteriorado.|Visita nocturna de una pequeña cucaracha.|La caja fuerte sin anclar, la nevera sin enchufar, enchufe en un solo lado de la cama.|Suciedad en las contraventanas.|Vasos sucio y pringosos en el desayuno, que es muy normalito, aunque eso sí, barato.||No sigo

Un poco lo que dicen otras reseñas.
Nos alojamos 3 noches, no hemos estado muy cómodos la verdad, sobre todo por la limpieza, que es muy Justa.

La camarera de pisos da la impresión de que no llega a todo, porque llegamos a las 3 de la tarde y nos dijeron que aún no estaba lista la habitación.
Y lo peor fue que el último día no nos hicieron la habitación, llegamos a las 21h y camas sin hacer. Es un detalle muy feo e incómodo.
Vamos mucho por Ceuta, pero no volveremos.

Booked the more expensive room - a Superior Suite (about 140€/night) to celebrate our wedding anniversary on Christmas eve, having driven all the way from Meknes and a border crossing from Morocco to Spain. A very much prison warden like welcome - to be told that our request to have our Christmas eve dinner at the Hotel restaurant wasn't conaidered - they had not bothered to reply. The room was large, spacious, but not a suite for sure. The attitude was quite condescending. Subsequently we found every restaurant turning us away as they were full. Eventually had a late lunch at a lovely Chinese restaurant nearby. The streets were quite animated and packed... but magically by 10.00 everything quietened down and the whole place kind of became ghost townish. We asked for room service, only to be told off that we couldnt get anything...not even a coffee!! Finally picked up some bread n bananas and some whisky at a small conveinence store (also run by a friendly chinese couple).. spend the night very upset at the Hotel. I did go back to the Chinese restaurant who remained possibly the only place open - Really surprised by the attitude of the staff and the restaurants we tried. An Italian place next door to our Hotel was friendly, but fully booked too. One one day we did eat at a Fish place nearby, but only after veing firat turned away by one waiter, and then another waiter let us sit, like he was doing us a favour.|Oh nice Ulises ..Not so nice because of the service. Location is great. A bit run down. The lifts are old and rickety. Our rooms toilet door made a racket with unoiled hinges. |A smile and a little more welcoming, offering atleast some bread or a soup on Christmas eve, would have helped improve this rating.

Parecido a lo que se ha dicho en otras reseñas. Habitación, antigua y sucia, con cucarachas y otro insectos. Avisas en recepción y no hacen nada por ayudar. Una pena, porque jamás ha estado así ese hotel.
Es cierto que las habitaciones "nuevas", de las plantas de arriba, están bastante bien. No sé con qué criterio darán unas u otras, pero desde luego no voy a volver para comprobarlo.

Al hotel le sobran las estrellas, he estado en hoteles con dos estrellas que le da mil vueltas a este. Habitaciones ruidosa, mobiliario antiguo, cama superincomoda, estan reventadas, hotel en general muy ruidoso, oxido en el baño.
Piscina no operativa desde hace años, está rota, rajada, abandonada
Trato del personal genial, lo demas es de pena.
