We had a problem with our A/C and heating. The fan for heating and cooling ran constantly, even when at temperature, nonstop. After lots of good research and testing on their part, they determined that our digital thermostat was failing! They replaced our digital thermostat ASAP and only charged us 1 hour labor (plus the cost of the new thermostat). We’ve had Lovotti in the past, always good quality work, and knowledgeable, friendly technicians!

Approximately, one week from June 6, 2024, a tech from Lovotti came to service our HC. He said that it was fine. Less than one week later, the AC motor failed. Another tech came on 06/06/2024 and said the motor was out. He went back to the shop and brought us a new motor. He came to our house less than 1/2 hour after I contacted Lovotti with our issue. He was great. I'm always happy with Lovotti's service.
