Ha sido un verdadero placer hospedarnos en el Hotel Fairmont.
Desde la llegada con la acogida de Nerea, el servicio excepcional de Helena en el Restaurante Faro y la amabilidad y cercanía de Juan, que dirige un proyecto muy prometedor para nuestra zona.

Despite the cloudy weather we had a wonderful time at
Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and we loved our room; it was spacious, comfortable and had incredible views of the pool, sea and Rock of Gibraltar. Location is superb for exploring the local area, and its an easy 20 minutes to Gibraltar Airport. We will definitely be returning in the summer when the beach club is open and hopefully, the sun is shining!

We spent the last four days at Fairmont La Hacienda and I must say this place is magical - even when the weather wasn't cooperating for three of those days. Although some services aren't available yet, the food and atmosphere here is truly exceptional!

Whether it's breakfast or dinner at El Faro, every meal was a delicious experience. However, dining at Dalmar, led by chef Benito Gomez, took things to another level. Benito's philosophy of transforming simple ingredients into dishes bursting with flavor is truly outstanding. He and his fantastic team create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, combining Michelin-star quality cuisine with a comforting, home-like feel. Benito himself is not just a chef; he's an artist whose openness and humility make dining here unforgettable!

The entire staff is made up of true professionals who became even more synchronized throughout our stay, always attentive and ready to accommodate our needs. The concierge service also went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests effortlessly.

With an amazing team, a truly beautiful hotel and sunshine, this place is genuinely magical. Highly recommended! 😃

Wir waren die absolut ersten Gäste in diesem neuen Hotel und was für ein Empfang. Alle Kollegen und der General Manager haben uns empfangen wie die Royals. Riesen Blumenstrauß, kleine private Führung und am Ende ein tolles Zimmer mit Meerblick, Golfplatzblick und Poolblick. Ach ja und der Blick auf den Felsen von Gibraltar.
Das gesamte Areal fügt sich super in die Landschaft, wundervoll großzügig und modern eingerichtet.
Leckeres Frühstück, vor allem die frisch gemachten Pancakes, das El Faro Restaurant zum Dinner ebenfalls sensationell.
Eine große Poolanlage, 1 ist beheizt. SPA hatte leider noch nicht geöffnet, ich bin aber sicher - auch das wird ein großer Erfolg.
Danke an alle Mitarbeiter und den General Manger Juan. Es waren wirklich fantastische 5 Tage!

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff who can’t do enough for you. It’s going to be amazing in the summer. The pool area is very luxurious and the views over the sea are very relaxing. We only went to the Faro restaurant but both breakfast and dinner were delicious

Fantastic evening exploring the new Fairmont Alcaidesa with our 🇫🇷 friends and clients. Drinks on the upper terrace with fabulous views, dinner at the El Faro restaurant. Beef tartar, Beet Tartar, Gem lettuce salad, Oxtail Croquetas, Sea bass, Tuna neck, Octopus and Pork Belly, Chocolate Fudge cake with Caramel Ice cream, Profiteroles, Cheese board, and a lovely couple of bottles of Albariño. A fantastic meal. General Manager Juan was so gracious to invite us a bottle. Friendly staff, and even with a mini power cut, teething problems having just opened, we were so well looked after.

We highly recommend it, but please give them some leeway as they’ve only just opened, and thank all the staff for being so sweet. We wish you all the future success we know you will get!

Wow , these place absolutely amazing but above the expected level of service, the reception the waiting staff are much above the level. I can say only these hotel already can get one more start or the closest others should drop one or two. Also, the hotel Manager is amazing I can say only the place and the service absolutely a STAR, if you wanna get something really exceptional you should experience these place,
