We spend 10 nights from August 26 to September 5 at Casa El Viaje. Fairly easy to reach in about an hour from Malaga airport. The place is excellent, the owner do a wonderful job in providing a great breakfast and make your stay an absolute pleasure.
The area is super nice, great to go for some daily walks and enjoy the scenery. The town Cómpeta ist just a few minutes drive away and provides all you need in regard to Supermarkets, shopping and of course Restaurants. Rudy and Jose Luis from Casa El Viaje definitely can give you great recommendations for a Restaurant and tell you all details and answer all questions. They know the area well and can give you good tips where to drive to find some small not so crowded Beaches ,if you willing to drive down the approximate 15 to 17 km near Torrox, Nerja or Torre Del Mar or other close by smaller towns have really nice small beaches, also near by and of the beaten path. We can highly recommend to book your next Vacation at Casa El Viaje, it’s quiet, it’s beautiful, with a nice outside breakfast place just for your self, providing you privacy.
You can stay in the shade or move to the sun, jump in the pool and just enjoy your self.
If you want a quiet place to really relax and don’t want and need any beach or other amenities in walking distance, this is your place. A rental car I would say is a must to explore the area, even so taxi to and from Competa town is easy available, and other transportation to and from can be arranged. We give this place a give thumbs up. If you just want to enjoy the day, stay in your area, take a nice walk or hang out in the great area next to the room or by the pool, or if you want to watch any movies just use your tablet or computer with just upgraded fairly fast internet, this is no problem at all. Our overall rating is top notch, for the ones they really want a quiet peaceful place to spend their time, with the option of driving to many other close by wonderful places of the Malaga Andalusia region.

De accomodatie was heel schoon en lux met een verrassend gevarieerd ontbijt. Het zwembad heeft een prachtig uitzicht over het dal richting de zee. Het ontvangst en de service van de gastheer Rudy is zeer aangenaam. Wij hopen weer tot ziens.

Lieber Rudy, lieber Juan,

wir waren das zweite Mal bei Euch zu Gast und möchten uns für den tollen Service, das schöne, saubere Zimmer, das vielseitige Frühstück mit fantastischem Blick in die Berge und auf das Meer bedanken. Die Gespräche mit Euch waren immer sehr bereichernd.
Ihr seid sehr aufmerksam und habt uns das Gefühl gegeben Freunde zu empfangen.
Wenn wir wieder in Competa eine Unterkunft benötigen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder zu Euch.

Het is een aanrader om in B&B Casa El Viaje te verblijven.
Gezellige kamer, toffe gastheren, mooie locatie, lekker en verzorgd ontbijt, ... alles was dik in orde.

Top B&B!
De mooie kamer voorzien van alle luxe, de prachtige omgeving, het fantastisch zicht over de bergen en in de verte de zee, ideaal gelegen om zowel binnenland en kust te verkennen, de gastvrijheid van Rudi en Juan, ontbijt naar wens met het prachtige berglandschap op de achtergrond, de vele goede tips die we kregen en ook opgevolgd hebben,…. Kortom, wij hebben een zalige 3 daagde doorgebracht in Casablanca El Viaje. Nog lang niets alles gezien dus Rudi en Juan, wij komen zeker terug!

Zeer goede B&B. 2 Toffe mannen, Rudy en Juan, die voor alle service zorgen in verschillende talen. Handige tips voor de streek. Uitgebreid ontbijt op terras met een fenomenaal prachtig uitzicht. Zeer goed slaapcomfort. Badkamers luxueus uitgerust. De auto is nodig voor een uitstap maar is totaal te negeren als je de stilte, rust en uitzicht opzoekt wat deze B&B u geeft. Vele wandelingen mogelijk en fietsen met wat hoogte verschil maakt je hongerig om meer. Wij komen zeker terug. Grote dank voor de zalige rust en jullie service en niet te vergeten het uitzicht...
