Jerrie is super! We had purchased our home about 4 years ago and we decided that we would reorganize our master bedroom closet. Only one thing was missing. The end cap of one of the closet rods was missing and we discovered that California Closets had provided the materials. The parts were older so the exact part might not have been available, but Jerrie called me after they searched their inventory confirming they had it, and they cared enough to find the part and ship it to us with several extra end caps!
