The hosts of the facility are amazing and very cordial and make you feel very welcome. The house is absolutely beautiful and brings a lot of history.They do a nice continental breakfast in the morning which was a pleasure. The only issue was the cleanliness of the house. It is a very large house and I believe very hard to keep up with. The pool did not seem very inviting and did not look as clean as it could have been. Also they do have a dog and cats in the event anyone has allergies. Another advantage is the ocean and restaurants are within walking distance or a very short car drive. Overall the stay was enjoyable I just believe they need to do a better job keeping the facility clean and spotless.

This place was beyond my expectations! We were only their for a night and wish we could have stayed longer! Jimmy and John were so friendly and down to earth! Their property is beautiful, very clean, and very nice! I have not had an experience in any hotel or resort like I have had here. I will be back. If you are looking for convenience this is the place! Beautiful surroundings and the fur babies were a big plus!

Jimmy and John where the greatest host!! You would be very hard pressed to find a better pair then these two. When we lost our mother, a native of Daytona, my family and I needed a place for four of us (plus families) to stay. My cousin found The Villa online and not only did they have the availability in their guest house but, as other family came into town for the funeral, they opened up the pool deck and patio for our extended family to come and celebrate my mothers’ home going with us. The Main house is so beautiful with a very cool history and don’t let her age fool you, she is well built. The Guest house was the perfect place for us to be together at a very hard time in our lives. My family and I are so thankful for their hospitality and warmth. We are already planning out or next trip back, so looking forward to another wonderful visit to our new second home. I personally want to stay at least, one night in every room my future visits home.

The building was built as a private home in 1929 and is one of the most gorgeous homes I've ever seen. All 4 guest rooms are beautiful, each with private bath. Our room, the Juan Carlos suite, was my favorite. Comfortable and luxurious. Jim, the owner, is extremely friendly and very helpful. His restaurant suggestions were on point. The furnishings he has collected over the years are perfect for the setting. He gave us a full tour of his lovely home. Just a wonderful, perfect experience at the Inn

Very lovely and met all of our needs. We were there for almost a week and felt right at home. We had many family members taking up the entire cottage and some rooms inside The Villa. The owners were sensitive to our needs and accommodate us on every occasion. Definitely recommend this place. It's only going to get better with this new ownership.

We left there last Tuesday. Stayed a week and loved the place and the owner, Jim! The mansion is amazing and he shared all the wonderful stories of this gem and we even got to look at the original architectural drawings from 1926. So fun! Jim also gave us suggestions for places to eat that turned up aces and even shared his real estate friend with us as we may see a move in our future. We will stay there again!

Jim and John the host of a Glamour roaring 1935 mansion you immediately sense you are sleeping in a musium of time. Thank you we had 2 days of sun and fun walking distance to the beach but the pool area was even better. I just regret getting as much sun that I could and dehydrated lucky that Jim and John fast thinking did not hesitate to call an ambulance that I can say both saved my life Very thankful to both. I felt I was family and I would definitely be return in the future.
